Recognizing the Month of Medicine, Technology & Innovation

As part of its year-long initiative to promote Ghana’s cultural identity and development agenda, the National Commission on Culture is proudly projecting the Black Star Experience—a dynamic series of thematic monthly showcases under the banner “Extraction of Ghana.”

Now in its sixth month, June marks a pivotal chapter on the Black Star Experience calendar. It has been designated as Medicine, Science, Technology, and Innovation Month, focusing on the remarkable contributions and potential of these fields in shaping Ghana’s future. This month’s activities will highlight indigenous knowledge systems, modern scientific advancements, technological innovation, and the intersection of culture with health and innovation, celebrating the creative and intellectual capital of the Ghanaian people.
