NCC Signs MoU With Berk Concept To Promote Ghanaian Culture And Traditions 560 380 National Commision on Culture

The National Commission on Culture (NCC), under the leadership of Executive Director Mr. Wakefield Ackuaku, has taken a significant step to strengthen cultural ties between Ghana and its diaspora.

In a formal signing ceremony, the NCC entered a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Berk Concept, an organization committed to promoting Ghanaian culture through arts, music, fashion, trade fairs, and festivals. The agreement is aimed at showcasing and marketing Ghana’s rich traditions and locally made products to its diaspora communities through cultural events.

The Berks Concept Ghana Music Festival 2025 is scheduled to take place from May 30th to August 27th, 2025, across the following venues:

During the event, Mr. Ackuaku expressed the Commission’s excitement about the partnership, stating that the initiative aligns perfectly with NCC’s ongoing efforts to engage the diaspora.

He emphasized that this collaboration is a continuation of the Commission’s broader mission to preserve, promote, and project Ghanaian cultural heritage across the globe.
