NCC EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR PAYS COURTESY CALL ON UNESCO AND LOCAL GOVERNMENT SECRETARIAT

The Executive Director of the National Commission on Culture, Nana Otuo Owoahene Acheampong has paid a courtesy call on the Head of Local Government Service Secretariat and the Country Representative for   UNESCO to introduce himself.

The Director took advantage of the meeting to identify areas where these two organisations can collaborate and work together to promote the Ghanaian Culture and Traditions in Ghana and even beyond.

The UNESCO Country Representative of Ghana Mr. Abdourahamane Diallo, said his outfit has a long working relationship with the Commission on Culture and he believes the new Executive Director will continue to strengthen the already established relationship and even make it stronger since he is not new to the environment in which he finds himself now.

 

 

 

 

 

 

The Head of Local Service Dr. Nana Ato Arthur, in a discussion revealed, they have been on the same premises with the Commission for a long time and sees the good works they have been doing to promote the Ghanaian culture.

 

 

 

 

 

 

He urged the new Executive Director to continue the good work of his predecessor to keep marketing the Ghanaian culture both locally and internationally.
