Nana Otuo Owoahene Acheampong known in private life as Franklyn King Glover, is the Nkabomhene of Kumawu Traditional Area. Before Nana was appointed as the Executive Director, he was the Ag. Regional Director of the Centre for National Culture Ahafo Region and the Chairman for Ghana Cultural Forum. Nana is a Professional Visual Artist specialised in Painting. Nana has a Masters degree in Regional Integration and African Development from GIMPA. Nana is married with Kids.

Fio Richardson Commey is the Ag. Director of the Directorate of Planning, Research, Monitoring and Evaluation. Expert in Cultural Policy Management, Arts and Culture Administration, Theatre Director and Ethnomusicologist. He is a PhD. Candidate in Ethnomusicology in the University of Cape Coast, Ghana and University of Hildesheim, Germany.

Gilbert Kayi Guba is the Director of Finance and Administration. He has been the head of the finance directorates in some regions previously. He holds CEMBA from KNUST and BCom from University of Cape Coast.

Harriet Kumi-Boateng (Mrs.) is the acting Head of Human Resource Unit of the Commission on National Culture. She has an MBA in Human Resource Management from KNUST and BBA from the Christian Service University.
TORGBUI AWUSU III is the head of Administration at the National Commission on Culture. He is a Historical Archaeologist, and specializes in the reconstruction of Building Technology of Forts and Castles. He is an HR and an Organization Development Consultant. He is a PhD student pursuing Organizational Leadership at the Noble International Business School, Accra.

Ama Amponsah Painstil (Mrs.) is the head of the Public Relations unit at the NCC, since April 2018. She holds Bachelor's degree in Administration and MBA in Human Resource management from the Methodist university College, Accra.

Mr. Kingsley Saa-I Gyiru is the Budget officer at the National Commission on Culture, he completed Institute of Accountancy Training school and Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA) with the diploma of Pubic Accountancy and Certificate of Administration and Management respectively

Mr. Socrate Safo is a Ghanaian Director, filmmaker, and Director for Creative Arts at the National Commission on Culture (NCC) in Ghana. He is a prominent figure in Ghallywood and head of Movie Africa Productions.
Mr. Safo was Public Relations Officer of the Film Producers Association of Ghana. In June 2017, Safo was appointed as Director for Creative Arts at the NCC. Previously, he had been working as Executive Secretary at the NCC.
